First, we visited the production workshop together with our customers. A Hot Tub production process from the beginning of the molding to the final packaging contains a total of 12 processes. In order to reinforce the hot tub, we will spray 6-8 layers of fiberglass and spray 25mm of insulating foam to achieve the insulation effect. In addition, we will have twice water tests of the hot tub to ensure that the hot tubs will not leak. After the water tests, the Hot Tub Spa will be put on the professional machine and the water in the hot tub pipe is drained, to prevent water fermentation odor because of the long transportation time. After the hot tub is basically Install, the workers will polish and clean the hot tub in all directions, and finally pack the hot tub carefully and deliver it to the customers.
