On 1st August, a sale meeting was hold in company in order to improve the ability of our sale team . First of all, our sale manager summarized the team work for July. He showed the sale data of July and make an analysis about the data. Finally, the manager put forward the requirements and prospects for the work for August. Next, each salesman summed up the shortcomings of their July's performance and make the work plans for August. In the end, two of the colleagues share their experience. What’s more, they also talked about the outdoor spa garden ideas and outdoor spa pool designs. By the meeting, everyone in sale team learned a lot and promoted themselves.
