The indoor spa tub can sit up to 2 people. It is made of acrylic material, equipped with LED lights, has a lot of jets, and has a non-slip function. Indoor spas or indoor hot tubs are very suitable for apartments, hotels or additional places. We have 2 models to choose from, which are very suitable for indoor installation. There are some indoor hot tubs that do not require certain hot tub functions.

  

Our production process has also undergone layers of tests, First, cut the acrylic from the roll, put the mold into the forming machine,and heat the acrylic in the heating oven; then put the heated acrylic upon the mold to vacuum-form the outdoor massage bathtub, spa or swimming pool. Third, Thermostate oven: after placing the fiberglass upon the body, put them into our thermostat oven to dry the humidity on the body completely to avoid moisture inside the spa to prevent blister problem. Forth, Spray insulation for body, edge-cutting and holes-drilling. Fifth, installation:install all electronics, jets, pipes etc. Sixth, first water testing after installation: Test the spa with filled water for over 6 hours to make sure all functions working fine and no-leakage. Seventh, Cabinet/Skirt installation. Eighth, second water testing after cabinet-installation: Test the spa with filled water for over 2 hours to double check all functions working fine and no-leakage.  Ninth, use the turnover machine to drain the spa water completely. After formed, spray the special vinyl ester resin as first layer to its body,then apply fiberglass to the body for reinforcement.

  

Through pearl cotton, protective film, dust cover, wood board and other materials, packaging is successively carried out. We are also supervised by this process, so that it will not be damaged during transportation. If you have better packaging, you can communicate with our sales, and we will change to higher packaging according to your requirements. We ship by sea. In addition We have passed ISO9001, CE, SAA and other certifications, if you need, we can provide certification. Of course, customers will also ask a lot of questions. For example, can you produce based on samples? Yes, we can produce according to samples, and we can make molds and fixtures. What is your sample policy? We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
