    Each acrylic hot tub of Auaspeing strictly undergoes 12 production processes. First, high-quality acrylic imported from the United States will be placed in a forming machine for vacuum forming. There are 12 colors to choose from. The formed acrylic body will be reinforced by fiberglass , and the thickness after reinforcement is up to 8mm. After the reinforcement layer is cured, a 25mm high-density foam insulation layer will be sprayed on the hot tub body surface, and then the bracket will be installed, holes will be cut, and control systems, pipes, pumps, nozzles and other parts will be installed. After that, the first 6-hour water testing will be carried out. If there are no abnormalities in the test, the skirt and base plate will be installed. Then a second water testing will be carried out to ensure that the Hot Tubs are operating properly. The final quality inspection and cleaning will be carried out before the Massage Spa are packaged and shipped to the customer.
