We use American Balboa control system as standard to upgrade spa level system ! Balboa is well known and widely accepted, and its quality is reliable, so after-sales service has little or no problems.

For each AquaSpring spa, the entire spa body is covered with 25mm high density polyurethane foam, the box is covered with foil insulation, and the spa bottom is sealed with an ABS base. The selection of other materials

1. Firstly the acrylic sheet will be cut from the roll while the hot tub mold being put into the forming machine. Then the acrylic will be heated in the heating oven. Finally the machine put the heated acrylic upon the mold to vacuum-form the indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub spa or large hot tub swimming pool.

2. The special vinyl ester resin will be sprayed as first layer to the hot tub body, then firberglass will be applied to the body for reinforcement. After reinforcement, the thickness is around 8mm for jacuzzi balboa hot tub while it is 12mm thick for swimming jacuzzi hot tub.

3. After the body reinforcement, put it into our thermostat oven to dry the humidity on the body completely to avoid moisture inside the spa to prevent blister problem.

4. Spray insulation for body, edge-cutting and holes-drilling.

5. Install all electronics, jets, pipes etc.

6. First water testing after installation: Test the spa with filled water for about 24 hours to make sure all functions working fine and no-leakage.

7. Cabinet/Skirt installation.

8. Second water testing after cabinet-installation: Test the spa with filled water for about 24 hours to double check to ensure all functions working fine and no-leakage.

9. Use the turnover machine to drain the spa water completely.

10. Clean and Pack. Then a modern hot tub is finally finished and transported to warehouse.
